Pazin Malvasia

Grapes come from old famous vineyards on the outskirts of the town of Pazin, from where superb grapes for Pazinska Malvazija used to come from. The grapes are handpicked and quickly processed and vinified in stainless steel barrels, just as in the former Pazinska Malvazija. After aging on fine lees and in the bottle, this Malvasia is released on the market at least one year after the harvest. With this technology, wine grows its fullness, and according to terroir, keeping the nice freshness.

Filomena

The meaning of the name Filomena comes from the Greek Philoumenes, which is compounded by the word phileo in the sense of love and the word menos in the meaning of strength. The grapes for this wine come from the best vineyards of Central Istria, which went through two days of cold maceration, and 8 months of aging in acacia barrique barrels. The character of this wine goes well with its name because aging in barrique barrels gives it fullness and strength, but it still has a remarkable aromatic profile and beautiful freshness.
